Lakeview School of Esthetics

Admission Requirements

To be accepted to the Lakeview School of Esthetics you must complete the following:

Must submit a high school diploma or (GED) general education diploma.
Complete the Lakeview School of Esthetics application form and submit it with the non-refundable registration fee.
Submit a written description of your interest in the field of Esthetics, your expectations and goals for this course and your future.
Make an appointment with the Administration Representative for a personal interview, and a tour of the facility.

Tuition and Fees

Enrollment Fee:	$100.00 (Non-Refundable)
Books and Supplies:	$1000.00
Tuition:	$5000.00
Total:	$6000.00

Application for enrollment must be submitted with $100.00 non-refundable fee. $3000.00 to be paid one month in advance to the start date of the program. Students agree to pay $3000.00 balance in full at the start of the eighth week of instruction.

Lakeview School of Esthetics does not provide student loans or financial aid nor does it extend credit to or on behalf of any student.

If the student fails to make the payment within one week after it is due, a late fee as set fourth in the contract will be charged.
